Awakening to Reality: Fiery July and the Need to Reforest Degraded Areas of the Amazon Rainforest.

This last month of July we have had scorching temperatures all over the world, the evidence of global warming can no longer be ignored. The world has witnessed the hottest month on record, an urgent signal that immediate action is needed. According to reports from the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), temperatures have increased significantly in recent decades, and extreme weather events are becoming more frequent and intense.

The Amazon region is also facing devastating threats. Official data from the National Institute for Space Research show that deforestation in the Brazilian Amazon increased by more than 30% in 2022 compared to the previous year, reaching the highest rate in more than a decade. Degraded areas and forest fires also spread, releasing large amounts of CO2 into the atmosphere and aggravating the climate crisis.

While the planet suffers and the whole world cries out for solutions, but still little is effectively done to help solve this problem, either by governments or by the international private initiative, VENKO TOTAL GROUP offers hope to the world through the Amazon Forest, which is a unique region plays a crucial role in mitigating climate change, absorbing approximately 2 billion tons of carbon dioxide (CO2) annually.

It is in this scenario that our reforestation projects in degraded areas in the Amazon stand out. Through partnerships with local communities, environmental NGOs and committed companies, we envision the possibility of reviving this natural wonder. With each tree planted, we restore the diversity of fauna and flora, help in the recovery of springs and rivers and strengthen the resilience of the forest.

We face the challenge of global warming head on, committed to combating deforestation and promoting sustainable socio-environmental practices. With an innovative and scientific approach, our specialized team can restore degraded areas and protect the rich biodiversity that inhabits these lands, being able to establish plans to plant an additional 2 million trees.

Governments and corporations can be part of this journey through our Taylor made scaled reforestation projects.

By joining forces, we will plant trees in the Amazon with purpose, combating the impact of climate change and restoring hope for a sustainable world future.
